Founding Members have entrusted the Board of Trustees as the highest duly constituted authority of the Italian Scientists and Scholars in North America Foundation.

The Board of Trustees is composed of 10 (ten) voting members. Three of these will be at-large members chosen initially among the Founding Members of ISSNAF. The remaining seven members of the Board of Trustees will be the Chairperson of the Scientific Advisory Boards of ISSNAF. The Executive Director is an ex-officio member of the Board with no voting rights.
