 On the occasion of the visit to Miami of His Excellency Claudio Bisogniero, Ambassador of Italy to the United States, ISSNAF Florida Chapter organized a roundtable discussion to the introduce the professional group to the local scientific community and to promote its activities in Miami and all around Florida. As reported by Prof. Antonello Pileggi, who organized the event with Prof. Camillo Ricordi (Miller School of Medicine), Prof. Antonio Nanni (School of Engineering) from the University of Miami, and the Consul General of Italy in Miami Adolfo Barattolo, the event has been quite successful and helped to build new networking bridges especially in the bio-medical and engineering scientific communities operating in Florida.
