President of CRUI - Deans Conference of Italian Universities - Marco Mancini, wrote an open letter to the next italian prime minister with six suggestions to change the struggling condition of italian universities.
Mancini's recommendations go between help families on the economical support of the students, or guide students to choose most prestigious universities in the italian territory, or ripossess independency of universities to value their function on the local territory.
