Mission Statement - ISSNAF - Italian Scientists and Scholars in North America Foundation

Young ISSNAF is the under 40 network inside ISSNAF, the Italian Scientists and Scholars in North American Foundation.

We are willing to take the challenge of prospering with wisdom, expertise, dignity and knowledge outside of Italy, within a community of Italians, ready to do our part for the growth of our home country.

Young ISSNAF provides a platform for promoting career opportunities, exchanging experiences and supporting professional growth also with the sponsorship of the seniors ISSNAF members.

Just as Mentor in “The Odyssey”, a mentor is not only a guide but also a protector, a friend, a teacher and a sort of parental figure.

Young-ISSNAF will gradually implement a mentorship program, open to all members to support young Italian scientists and scholars in their career choices and professional growth.

PROF. CAMPESE - ISSNAF President

Dear friends of Young ISSNAF,

I am extremely glad to welcome the establishment of the Young ISSNAF group, aimed at providing specific attention to young italian scientists and scholars who have decided to pursue a career in North America. After all, this is what ISSNAF is about. One of our main goals is to foster scientific and cultural relationship between Italians who operate in North America and those who live in Italy to provide a better world for future generations.
