Young ISSNAF is all about supporting ISSNAF members in the early career stage as well as Italian students and recent graduates with programs specifically tailored to their needs.

Programs for Early Career Members

• The Young ISSNAF Mentoring Program for Early-Career Members focuses on career development. It connects mentees in all disciplines with experienced mentors in our network.

• The Young ISSNAF Fellowships offer Italian researchers and technologists in the early career stage the outstanding opportunity to work at a research organization in North America.

Programs for Students

• The Young ISSNAF Mentoring Program for Students offers career guidance to students enrolled in graduate or undergraduate programs at academic institutions in Italy and North America as well as to recent graduates. Mentees must be interested in study or work opportunities in North America, such as to further their studies, obtain an internship, or pursue a career at an academic or research institution.

• The Young ISSNAF Internships give outstanding graduate students in Italy the opportunity to spend a training period at a North American organization.
