Dr. Emanuele Orrù is a neurointerventional radiologist at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center (Burlington, MA), specializing in the diagnosis and endovascular treatment of cerebrovascular disorders and head and spine pain conditions. Trained in Padua, Italy, he completed fellowships at Johns Hopkins University and the University of Toronto. Internationally recognized for his work on flow diversion, CSF leak diagnosis and treatment, and radiation dose optimization, he founded one of the largest CSF leak referral centers in the Northeastern United States. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications, serves as PI or site PI in multiple multicenter clinical trials, and is actively involved in professional societies, with a strong commitment to mentorship and international collaboration.

Dr. Carlo Maria Rosati is a cardiothoracic surgeon at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, Florida, specializing in adult cardiac surgery. Born in Arezzo, Italy, he earned a bronze medal at the 2004 International Mathematical Olympiad in Athens. He completed both his medical and biomedical engineering degrees summa cum laude at the University of Pisa, followed by general surgery residency at Indiana University, cardiothoracic surgery fellowship at the University of Michigan, and advanced coronary surgery fellowship at Mount Sinai Morningside in New York. He is certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Thoracic Surgery, is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha, and has authored more than 40 scientific publications. He also serves as founder and president of the mentorship committee of the Association of Italian Surgeons in North America.
