MENTORING PROGRAM FOR STUDENTS
The Young ISSNAF Mentoring Program for Students provides Italian undergraduate students (Laurea Triennale and Bachelor), graduate students (Laurea Magistrale, Master, PhD), and recent graduates at universities with personalized guidance and support to help them understand their study or career options in academia, research, and technology in North America.
By interacting with mentors who are well informed about the work landscape in both Italy and North America, participants gain valuable perspectives and advice for their careers.
Our program does not provide visiting positions or job opportunities.

ENSURING PROGRAM SUCCESS
Young ISSNAF periodically reviews the program’s progress to ensure that it fulfills its objectives and that both mentors and mentees have a positive experience.
Mentors and mentees should promptly inform Young ISSNAF if their mentoring relationship is not beneficial.
At the conclusion of the mentoring cycle, Young ISSNAF will gather feedback from both mentors and mentees to help inform and improve future editions of the program. Additionally, mentees will be invited to provide follow-up feedback one year after completing the program.
